What does "Professional plan integration support" include?

Our team personally helps you integrate your system with the SmartPay API — including code review, webhook debugging, and go-live assistance. We'll work through sample endpoints for your tech stack with you, at no extra cost.

Can I switch between plans?

Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately and we'll prorate any unused time.

What happens if I exceed my monthly API call limit?

Excess requests are blocked with a 429 response. You can purchase an overage pack (KSh 250 per 1,000 extra calls) or upgrade to the next plan directly from your dashboard.

Is there a setup fee or onboarding cost?

No. There's zero setup or onboarding fee. Your sandbox API key is issued immediately on signup — no credit card required to start testing.

Does SmartPay handle M-Pesa Paybill and Till numbers?

Yes. We provide dedicated Paybill or Till numbers for high-volume businesses on Professional and Enterprise plans. Contact sales for custom merchant account setup.
